In our 28 years here we have seen little Ajax becoming known for its celebrities and rockstars, and now we have our very own gourmet restaurant.
We met Chef Tommy and wife Cathy a couple of years ago when they opened this lovely restaurant. They really made us feel welcome and special. The quality of the food is outstsnding. No need to go to the big city looking for a gourmet meal in a romantic setting with great service, just visit Chef Tommy's on Bayly. I promise, it wont be your last.

This is the best restaurant i have ever been to. Bayly Restaurant is the place to be. the live entertainment is soothing and the service is great. I tried something called pastitsio, it cmes in this wonderful clay serving dish and it was magnificent. Im not sure but I think Bayly is the only place that sells this item, its not something you will ever get tired of. My Boyfriend had the veal and it was so tender and soft. Thank for everything.

Quality of the food was very greasy and my husband's steak inedible. The owner suggested that it was a first cut of a larger pc of meat and a new meat supplier - he could not cut his steak without sawing it! REstaurant and servers did not seem as clean as should be.

This is what Ajax has been waiting for for years... great food, great service excellent vibes all along. I had the Veal Parmesian and my wife had the Kleftiko Dinner this was so over what we expected... the only way for you to understand what im talking about is if you go ahead and try this place. Thank-you for making our night out in Ajax so wonderful. Were comming back with friends this time.

Amazing food great service especially Cathy the owner. You really have to try the Rack of Lamb it's out of this world. The baklava is amazing.Definetly coming back with others.

On our first visit to bayly restaurant, we were suprised to find exellent atmostpere, great food and great service. We started off with a saganaki opa. It was fantastic.My wife's chicken kleftico was out of this world and . my halibut fillet was great. And then came the baklava and the chocolate crepe. no words can describe the flavour of those hommade deserts. At the end chef tommy greeted us with a refreshing finish to my meal.... fruit platter with watermelon, melons, and oranges. overall the unique experience makes me go to the bayly restaurant over and over again. This restaurant is what Ajax was lacking for the past years. OPAAAA!!

We were dissatisfied with the quality of our food and then subsequently insulted by the owner's response to our concerns the beef slouvaki was unchewable and the veal parmasan had the consistency of cheap taco meat.
The owner pressed us to go into the kitchen with her to look at the food in a better light she contended that the steak (she had tasted it) was good and the veal - since it was fresh - was perfect. She continued to offend us by saying we had likely never tasted quality veal before (since most other restaurants used frozen veal) so we would not know the difference. She reluctantly said she would take care of two meals. But when the bill came - she had charged us $6 each for the small side salads that came with our original meal and $5 for soup that we exchanged our meals for.
The horrendous experience cost us $50+. We will never go back again.
